Within each chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a Chapter Council, consisting of 18 members, is elected annually. These chapter officers work together through communication, leadership, organization, education, motivation and implementation to plan and execute the many chapter events and programs.

Aside from these elected and nominated positions, each active is placed in a committee and is responsible for assisting the officers in charge with the planning of events of that committee.
